Thank you for your interest in becoming a Consultus Nurse. Please answer the following questions below. You will need to be able to answer ‘Yes’ to all the questions in order to proceed with your application.

1. Are you a British or EU citizen or do you have a Visa enabling you to work as an Agency Nurse in the UK (sorry no work permits)? *
 
2. Are you a qualified Nurse (RNA/RN1) currently registered with NMC? *
 
3. Do you have at least 3 years post-registration experience? *
 
4. Over the next year will you be able to commit to a minimum of 12 weeks work? *
 
5. Do you have experience of or feel confident about working independently within a Client’s Home? *
 
6. Are you willing to travel and live away from home for at least 2 weeks at a time? *
 
7. Is your PREP folder up-to-date? *
