In response to the increasing demands placed on hospices to provide end-of-life nursing care and the resultant strain that this can put on nursing resources, we offer the opportunity for patients to continue to receive palliative nursing care in their own home.

Many hospices across the UK recommend the use of Consultus Home Nurses as an extension of their own services. We provide a wide range of qualified and fully vetted Nurses with specific skills tailored to a range of patient situations.  We offer:

• A partnership approach where nursing care is shared between the hospice and the home
• The means and resources for nursing care to be transferred seamlessly to the home environment in line with the patients' wishes once symptoms have been controlled,
• Specialist home nursing, giving hospices the opportunity to manage their resources in line with current priorities

Our Nurse Consultants are on-call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year providing an immediate response to the changing needs of your patients.
