Consultus Nurses are competent, discreet, flexible and carefully chosen to meet patients’ particular nursing needs as well as other requirements and preferences.
Recruitment
As part of our renowned service we:

Personally interview and obtain two professional references on all prospective Nurses

Check each Nurse with the CRB including the ISA vetting and barring list
-
Confirm registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
-
Only select Nurses with a minimum of 3 years post registration experience
-
Check all rights to work
-
Abide by DOH ‘Code of Practice’, all national guidance and local procedures
-
Continually review their on-going Post-Registration Education and Practice (PREP) training

Quickly and reliably cover staff holiday and sick leave
