Post Surgery Nursing
Further cost reductions for our Primary Care Trusts (PCT) and Health Board (HB) Clients can be achieved by our Post Surgery nursing service.
Consultus offers a cost effective alternative to a short or long term hospital stay following even the most complex surgical procedure.
Our knowledgeable and experienced Nurse Consultants will work closely with our PCT customers, together with GPs, District Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and any other Health Care Professional involved in a patient’s on-going care.
We can arrange for a Consultus Nurse to meet with a member of the hospital care team and the patient prior to their discharge, to receive a full handover and to accompany the patient to their home.
